This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open the template, hold the shift key down and hit the letter D to duplicate, close the original and delete the credits and the white hearts.
Then go to Image, Canvas size and select a size your prefer, I alway do 800 x 800 and resize later.
Being on the bottom layer, paste paper 6, apply your mask, delete and merge group. Apply paper 2, apply the mask again, delete and merge group, then merge these 2 mask together.
Select the tan oval, paste paper 7, invert and delete.
Select the light pink strip, paste paper 2, invert and delete.
Small hearts add noise at 50%.
On the Gold and Pink strip paste paper 10.
On the creme strip, apply the filter, Unplugged Tools-Interlace with these settings
3, 50, 1, 0 or one you prefer.
The white circle, add noise at 50%.
On the brown circle apply the Interlace filter with the same settings as before.
Paste element 18 and resize larger to 115, paste your close up tube now.
Select the gold circles and paste paper 1, invert and delete.
Dotted circles add noise at 100%.
White circles add noise at 50%.
Select the pink circles, paste paper 5, invert and delete.
Select the wordart, paste paper 1, invert and delete.
Select the wordart again, float, defloat, expand by 3, add a new raster layer and fill with #f2ebd1, move below the top wordart, select none and add noise at 50%.
Paste element 30 just above the mask layer on one side, duplicate and mirror.
Resize element 17 to 50% and place on the left upper side, below your tube layer.
Resize element 47 to 30% and place on the right side on the circle.
Paste your full smaller tube on the left side.
Resize element 48 to 40% and place on the right side up by the arrow of your tube.
Resize element 20 to 40%, mirror and place at the upper right side.
Resize element 51 to 5%, duplicate a couple of time and place how you like them.
Resize element 23 to 50% and place on the upper right below the bird layer.
Resize element 54 to 15% and place below the wordart layer.
Paste element 19 below your closeup tube layer and move to one side and down to your liking, duplicate and mirror.
Crop your tag now, to be sure no stray paper edges or anything is left on the edge that you cannot see.
Add any other elements that you would like, once happy close off any background used and merge visible.
Resize your tag before you add your copyrights to make sure they can be read easily.
Add all copyrights and your name.
